Working collaboratively with employers, staff members, and Faculties, the incumbent develops partnership opportunities that encourage employer involvement at University of Windsor, the hiring of students and increased awareness of programming and student talent.</p> <fieldset class="fieldgroup group-qualifications"><legend>Qualifications</legend><div class="field field-type-text field-field-essential-qualifications"> <div class="field-label">Essential Qualifications:&nbsp;</div> <div class="field-items"> <div class="field-item odd"> <p>The successful candidate will possess:</p> <p>&bull; University degree or equivalent post-secondary education, with at least 2 years&rsquo; experience in higher education, community development, event coordination. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</p> <p>&bull; Demonstrated ability in planning and coordinating events.</p> <p>&bull; Strong relationship management skills to deal with various internal and external stakeholders including community partners, employers, faculty, departments, and staff.</p> <p>&bull; A highly collaborative and consultative style when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>&bull; Highly innovative and creative with strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy</p> <p>&bull; Knowledge of issues related to employment barriers, workplace accommodation, and needs of a diverse client population (e.g., first generation, Aboriginal, international students).</p> <p>&bull; Experience using social media platforms as communication vehicles for promotional and educational use.</p> <p>&bull; Superior presentation, verbal and written communication skills are required to build strong employer relationships and articulate value proposition (ex.
